Coaching and Consulting
TCI™ Coaching and Consulting helps churches build thriving ministries in the areas of outreach, spiritual growth, and leadership development. We offer these services in conjunction with our conference ministries, through distance coaching (via phone and web), with on-site consulting. TCI™ coaching and consulting is characterized by the following:
- Coaching is distance help. Coaching is a personal support tool for pastors (typically by phone).
- Consulting is onsite and includes assessment, training, etc. Consulting is for the church leadership team working with a pastor/staff and leadership team on site.
- One of the tools we have developed will help Church Boards understand why coaching and consulting is needed.
- We work both on the cognitive level, affective and the behavioral level for change (thinking, feeling, behaving). We are not content to just change the way people think; we are looking for behavioral change that is measurable.
- We are nationwide. Many opportunities exist across the country and utilizing the hub and spokes model, we can be equipped to meet needs in each geography working with the right partners. We work with denominational frameworks and not against them.
